Smoke Signal Broadcasting BFD-68 Floppy Disk Controller

I'm trying to find information on the BFD-68 disk controller card.
I have information of the BFD-68 Rev. A card. It has three connectors
at the top of the card. See this link:

The one I want has only the single connector on the top left.

I'm looking for the same information (board diagram and schematic)
for the non-version A card.
