Yes, 1/3rd height, with a push button on the front (not the more common lever lock).

I believe that the TF20 was usable with the QX10 using the extra parallel interface on the back. If you have the schematics for the drive that sounds like it would be useful.

Not sure, as the only 5.25" drives I have access to are the two epson ones in the TF20. Hence the interest in hooking them up to a PC ;) The drives are definitely 40 cylinder.
