Is that an MS11 of some sort? If so put MS11 into manx
at
http://vt100.net/manx and you should end up with
a bunch of links ... on the second page are printsets
for the MS11-E, MS11-L and MS11-P. I think you need
the MS11-L, but you're the one with the incentive
to verify that :-)
