Argh, no no no no no! Blue is always Neutral, Brown is always Phase!
Horrible things can happen in switched mode PSUs if you don't follow
this, although for lamps and stuff it doesn't make much of a difference.
If you're not in the UK then you might want to check that you have the
appropriate voltage selected.
