93448 IC?

"F" suggests Fairchild (I assume 7633 is a date code, late summer
1976!). So I asked Google for "Fairchild 93448.

So much for the nasty comments about Google -- the very first hit has

Looks like a 512 by 8 PROM (I believe that means one time
programmable, fuse style).
