I made a quick comparison of shipping costs from Gaithersburg, MD 20879 to
Florida and Northern Nevada (hi John :-)) ...
... and Florida seems to be a little bit cheaper (if i made no mistake).
I didn't think, that the distance has any importance, as shipping costs within germany
depend only on weight (and sometimes on size).
... so anyone, who can save me some shipping costs is invited !
