RSTS/E and PDP 11/23

I have it up and running on simh, but I don't remember telling simh that I
was setting up a specific model of a PDP-11. I'll try doing another sysgen
on
simh, matching to the hardware that I have, then transfer the image to an
RL01
using VTServer and see what happens.
