Well spoken. That does about sum it up for me as well. Their
T&C is very limiting, controlling and impressive on its users,
and claims no responsibility for its own fu^H^Hmess-ups, if
and when those would occur.

(besides, even eBay learned (the hard way) that use of their
system by non-U.S. citizens cannot be governed by U.S. law,
which is why they started doing local ones where people have
to register in that local legal entity.)
