No, a power controller is a device you'll find in the larger DEC
systems. Typically it's a separate rackmount box, found in the bottom
of the back of the chassis. It distributes power to the various
components in the rack, and contains circuit breakers and power
sequencing relays. Look for something with a power inlet and a half
dozen outlets on it, plus a 4?-wire plastic plug which is the
sequencing control.

The idea is that you'd hook all the power controllers together, and
then the CPU power key would control all the power in the system even
if it has multiple racks with multiple power inlets.
