Shipping a Model 33 (RO) Teletype

This comes up often enough that someone with an ASR 33 should
mock up the operation with photos and post in on the web with
good metas for google to find. I don't have a 33 or I would offer
to do it. ID the threads and all, "borrow" one from elsewher
in the machine, and maybe a photo of a RUINED one for constrast!
