MSDos on a dial up ISP?

I didn't review the links much (they seemed to have *quite* a bit of info
on the subject) however, I did test the "Demon DOS Package" on the last
link to see if the software was still available, and that link was still
functional; at least some of the software mentioned on these pages can yet
be had.
