  Nope. In fact, I didn't even notice your nav bar scrolled under !IE and
was static under IE. I just checked my own site (where under !IE, the
navigation box does scroll) under IE, and yes, it screwed up there too! So
I guess this is a definite CSS bug under IE (I don't think it supports the
fixed attribute). Not that I care about IE any more.
