By BATF convention, a 'machine gun' may be any arm
that discharges more than one round per pull of the trigger.

Technically any firearm that ever 'double-fired', even due to a
malfunction of the firearm ~ or of the ammunition ~, could meet
their definition.

If their technicians can get your gun to double-fire even once
they can press this type of charge.
