calcium and perspex...

   Try LimeAway or an other product containing Phosphoric Acid. They're
available in any grocery store and are used to remove calcium deposits from
sinks, toilets, etc. I prefer the original non-gummy stuff but YMMV. Squirt
it on liberally and wait a few minutes then rub it around with a soft brush
such as an old toothbrush. Then rinse well. That should take care of it.
