What do you expect from somebody who promises allot but delivers very
little? HP reminds me of Sony, company has allot of products but makes money
in only one division that floats the rest of the company (HP has the printer
division, SONY has the playstation). Merging with another company that
wasn't making much money and then trying to streamline employees (major
layoffs + bad moral) along with software problems (SAP screwing up orders)
just was not good for the company short term. Very few mergers actually work
out anyway.
