I saw the listing at Christmas. Small 'antique' shops often get calls from
people asking for help disposing of estates. These guides give the shop
owner some idea about other things that might be of value, it's hard to know
about everything that comes in. If the guide says something might be of
value it is more likely to be saved and either put in the shop, or listed on
E-Bay.
