I have had good luck with USPS, and great luck with Fedex. UPS - not so
much.

They wanted to ship UPS, I convinced them to go USPS as they didn't like my
first suggestion - Fedex. I thought it was a reasonable compromise given my
experience with USPS (YMMV).

I shouldn't have to go arbitrate anything. Seller should give me a full
refund with no questions, and no arbitration required. I have lots & lots of
pictures, both on my porch, and during and after opening.

Just a little bit of care would have kept another one in good hands.

Thanks, appreciated.
