I certainly agree, collusion either way (either by
buyers or sellers) defeats the original intent of the
auction that both honest buyers and sellers implicitly
assume going in. Its the old golden rule, nothing
complicated about this logic.
(legally its another story, whoever hires the most
expensive lawyer is right)
