Doesn't that sticker imply that she smashed it though, rather than the
courier breaking it due to insufficient pacakging? Over here I'd expect
any courier to stick something along the lines of 'improperly packed' on
a box like that.
The damage in the photos you put up look to me more like it's been
dropped upside down from a great height rather than crush damage from
having things put on top of it.
Can you ask her if she put any packing material on top of the terminal?
