Hi Ethan
 I'd considered that as well. I suspect it is just one
of those information display systems. I'd guess that the
new cost would be to install a nice new full sized
color LED panel and such. I'd only be replacing and fixing
the old system for the $1M. Germany in the spring time would
be great :)
