No, because D2 means the microcode isn't running. It turns out that all
the information on the net and in the KDJ11-A manual is *wrong*. D3
means there is a memory fault, D4 means there is an SLU fault. My 512kw
board is broken. I only have 32kw to play with, but it's enough to boot
RT-11!
