Bookrate is shown in their postal calculator... it is refered to as
"Media Mail". There are some restrictions on it, but likely anything that
is "media" will qualify (disks, tapes, CDs, books, paperwork, about the
only thing media that doesn't is advertising material... I'm not sure
where they draw the line on sending old advertising such as people on
this list may want to have... chances are, it isn't allowed).

Media Mail is slower, a bit more abusive to the mail, and subject to
random opening to inspect the contents to be sure it qualifies.
