With this old DG Nova came one SLC-1, aka "The Time Machine", by
Digital Pathways. It's a beige box with LEDs on it, see
wps.com/NOVA4/SLC-1.html
It's basically a 6502, RAM, EPROM, etc and in the middle of the
board is a connector the manual calls the KIM BUS, a dual-row, .1"
spacing, 100? pin connector, that runs to the LED front panel.
The vintage is about right; did the KIM-1 have such a bus? There's
no other reason I can detect to put the letters "KIM" together in
this manual...
