Device programmers

   I have every programmer that you have listed but AFIK only the 29A and B
are capable of programming PALS and BiPolar proms so I would pick one of
them. (In fact, I don't think I've ever used the 212 or 60). IIRC the only
difference between the 29A and B is the amount of memory. I don't think
there's any real difference in the price so I'd pick the B model.
