You have an MS780-C, the original memory for a VAX780. Each card cage
holds up to
4 MB. Each M8210 [1] is 256KB, organized as 64K x 32 bits, with 7 bits
for ECC. I
don't remember if the ECC had parity protection or not. You have 3 MB
in your cage.

[1] As usual for DEC memory on "M" modules, the letters designate board
revision (first)
and the manufacturer of the memory IC's (second). In sales doco., an
M8210 would be referred
to as an M8210-A*. At least from what I saw at the time.
