Anyone recognize MK4116E ?

Mostek's "E" package was a 16 pin leadless chip carrier .35" x .285".
Connections were on all 4 sides.

Mostek's "D" package was an 18 pin (9x2) DIP "Double Density" with 2 chip
carriers on it.
