This is what I planned to do. I have retained the list. There were a
total of 53 interested persons, so hopefully there will be enough for
everyone. If there are extras then maybe we'll just hold a lottery.

A lot of people asked about that. The answer I got was that Mike would
try to get at least a couple manuals, as he didn't know how many there
were, and the distributors would make photocopies and pass along the cost
to the buyer.
