  Well, I remember there was a Microsoft SoftCard II. The one I have is
clearly labelled Microsoft SoftCard IIe (big, old-type Microsoft logo). I
don't know if there are actual differences. I've never seen the SoftCard II.

  There are a lot of hardware incompatibilities between the two machines, I
think. They should be well documented, though.

  Yes, those were such a good idea. When I first saw them, I thought "this
is STRANGE". But it makes sense.
