Here we go... multi-BA problems.

The CPU *REFUSES* to go to the run state when powered on.
Both BAs come on, the DEC power bus is connected.
I have the cable correct, it's not twisted...
What did I do?
Current config:

[2] DD11-CK with the UDA in it.
The terminator is in BA #2
