I believe that the Vintage Computer Festival should become a 501(c)3 non-profit
educational organization. Sam can still get paid for his services and reimbursed for his
expenses. However, VCF can then receive the donations and corporate sponsorships that
Perham and CHAC enjoy. Please let Sam know your thoughts on this matter
