I didn't say it was perfect, just that it would work :-)

I'm about to expose a lack of understanding of Q-bus, but do you need a CD
slot for uVAX-II memory given that it has the PMI (private memory
interconnect)? As you can tell, I'm not up there with Q-bus specifics and
all the uVAX Q-bus systems I've used came with a suitable back plane (at
vast cost at the time from Digital :-)
