Actually, that poem scans to Gilbert & Sullivan, rather than to Dr.
Seuss. Specifically "Modern Major General". The same tune as Tom
Lehrer's "The Elements". Or the (ancient) filk song "I've Built a
Better Model Than the One at Data General".
