Add the GRiD Compass to that list. One went for $800 in an auction where
it was billed as the first laptop.

(In a possibly futile effort to preempt a "first" thread, I'll qualify
that the Compass appears to be the first progenitor of the modern laptop,
if not actually the first computer that would fit in your lap. It was
designed in 1979, shipped in 1982, and had the now-familiar clam-shell
design.)
