I have a couple of friends that are scrappers. They get a lot of ICs like
that. I use a lot of 2716 and 2732 EPROMS and buy them from the scrappers
since they're no longer in production. They usually sell them to people
that specialize in obselete parts (and that charge BIG bucks for them).
