< My recent COSMAC 1802 find had a white CPU with gold cap. I'd
<never seen anything like that before.

That was the ceramic package RCA used until about 1981ish. I must have
two or three date coded '76-78 time frame. Actually I have tubes of LSI
all from before 81 just laying around.
