PDP-8/Es available

Do these have front panels with lights and switches? We've been interested in
getting one to play with, but a collector's web page I saw seemed to indicate
there were versions of the PDP-8/e without operators panels as well. What all
would be required to make a "complete" system? (And what are the power
requirements? So far, my biggest machine is the IMSAI 8080 I built years
ago...)
