You're probably right... Going from the name on the edge, perhaps it's part
of a TVI filter(too many chips&not enough other stuff for that), part of an
ATV(Amateur TV) system, part of a repeater controller... Try asking on
rec.radio.amateur.equipment and sci.electronics.equipment and similair
newsgroups.
