I've looked at his website before. I just went to it again and oddly
enough the link from his main page no longer works. The eBay ad is not
necessarily misleading, just poorly formatted. It seems he's advertising
two different boards: the core plane for $29.95 and the controller board
for $29.95. The two separate advertisements were melded together due to
lazy formatting. Heck, even the URL posted in the eBay listing is wrong.
The correct URL is
http://www.netw.com/~drfcline/univac.htm. On this page
he's now selling the core planes for $30 and the controller for $40.
The guy seems legit. He has written several books and is allegedly a
psychiatrist and physician. You can always e-mail him before you buy and
ask him some qualifying questions. You can also phone him (his number is
posted on his web site).
