I built a robot arm from no plans about 9 years ago using simple parts and
sheet metal in a Computer Interfacing course at community college. I
never completed it as time ran out and I didn't have enough electronics
skills to finish the Apple ][ interface board. It was also too top heavy.
Once I get some time (there's that line again) I plan to re-design it and
get it to work, AND control it from my Apple //e.
