AFAIK, there are no commercially microprocessors of any sort that are
rated for operation above 700 MHz.

If you're thinking of 8-bit microcontrollers, one of the fastest is the
Scenix SX. It is currently available rated for 50 MHz operations, for
a 20 ns instruction cycle. Not bad for under $5.
