Help -- pages from PDP11 Bus Handbook missing

I have a copy right here. It's one of the books my old boss told me
never to lose track of. It was essential to our company's product
development in 1979-1982. How would you like them scanned? I can
easily do 400dpi TIFFs right here, or I could xox them and snail-mail
them. My flatbed scanner is on loan. All I have is a Brother ImageCenter
(which is cool by itself - sheet feed only, but if you hook it up to
a Brother or HP printer, there's a "copy" button that produces a digital
copy).
