Kurzweil KVS

I just got a Kurzweil AI KVS PPC (from an overstocked list member).
Anybody know anything about this box? According to Ray Kurzweil himself,
I think this might be the first commercial speech recognition box (with
1000 word vocab) from circa 1985:
