Airbusses crash because their ergonomics suck. The pilot gets no feedback
from the flight controls (IE the stick doesn't tell their hands anything)
they're supposed to watch only this dinky little screen, the controls to turn
off the autopilot are comingled with other controls, in general whoever
designed the cockpit should be taken out and shot.
