Not a DG newsgroup in sight on my server. Would have thought
there'd be one at least.

Well, I also have a Nova but it is just the case. No boards inside at
all. I'd love to find some and bring it back to life but don't hold
much hope. :-(

Yes, one wanted almost $3000 for a similar but smaller model of
the system I picked up today. Surprised me.

My main interest in a Linux or other *NIX port would be the fact that
I don't have install media for this system. If my drive dies, I'm out
of luck. If I could arrange some backup copies from you then I
have less need for some alternate OS. Of course the other reason
would be the lack of updates. Which version of DG/UX it has I
don't recall at the moment. After I get it home tonight I can hook it
to my network and bring it back up and check it out.
