8/E cable handling?

At least on of the plates here had some sort of foamish pad that presumably
made it more compiant around several sizes of cable. On the back of my PSU
I've got six fuses (2 w x 3 tall config) and then (looking from the back)
in the upper right I have a plate with two 110V style wall outlets
(presumably to plug in the PC04 and RX01. So where does this attach on yours?
