Sounds possible if you take this cruel and horrible command format :)
No, in fact it's an OS for /370ish mainframe computers. Think about
the whole galaxy of and IBM OS (like DOS etc.) and all the add ons
and tools integrated into one OS and you get BS2000. I love it,
I whish there where an equivalent OS for mini/PC systems. Incredible
fast and reliable, easy to handle (if you know how) and almost limitless.
But still a mainframe syste, so no memory mapped graphic adaptors :)))
