*.cam files

If those files are from a Casio QV digital camera, a program to convert
them to the JPG format is available at

ftp://ftp.itojun.org/pub/digi-cam/QV10/

There are both Unix and Windows versions available. I tested the
Windows version and it's straightforward and works.
