Actually, I don't (I was joking really) but there was a 4004 microcomputer
that Intel sold as a development machine in the 1972-1974 timeframe,
called the MCS-4 (are you not familiar with it?) The closest I have is an
MCS-4/40 (4040-based) and a SIM-8, which is an Intel 8008 development
platform.

Ok, I change my platform of choice to the MCS-4/40 (:
