OT: Power Supply voltage for Dayna Etherprint-T plus?

I've used the EtherPrint for about a year now with the 9V power supply and
it has worked without a hitch (at least as far as the PS is concerned).
Internally, the EtherPrint has a standard +5V regulator (7805 or
equivalent) connected to the external power supply. A 9V power supply will
power this with no problem. Anything more is just making more heat inside
the EtherPrint.
