Morrow Pivot AC adapter- what Voltage??

I found a Morrow Pivot at a thrift shop and it gives conflicting information
as to the voltage needed to run it. One spot says 12 and the other says 15.
What is the Volt/amp needed?
Any other info on it would be appreciated.
